Inside Sales Consultant

Position Title: Inside Sales Consultant (Female)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries, share product information, and generate interest
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel)
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into opportunities
• Coordinate with field sales team for meetings & follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, send proposals, and follow up for closure
• Maintain daily sales report and call log
• Assist in customer relationship management and customer support
• Provide support for marketing campaigns & tele-calling activities
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation preferred (any stream)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in tele-sales / inside sales / customer support
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Strong interpersonal & customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office/Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Ability to work under targets and timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
