Your responsibilities include qualifying prospects through telephone and digital communication, nurturing these relationships, and generating highly qualified leads for our Field Sales Team. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager in Istanbul and our global headquarters in Landsberg, Germany.

Your area of responsibility
  • Engage in outbound communication (phone, email, messages) to drive sales and support field sales staff
  • Qualify leads and update CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate information
  • Develop targeted lead nurturing concepts and communication tools, such as email campaigns and calling strategies
  • Track and report on leads qualification process and marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Host and manage follow-up activities for online webinars to harvest qualified leads.
  • Support lead nurturing and webinar registration targets
  • Adapt and implement central marketing tools
Your profile
  • 3+ years in Marketing, or Telemarketing with a proven track record of moving prospects to closed business
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Teams) and running successful webinars
  • Proficiency in implementing marketing campaigns within a B2B context
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud
  • Passion for cooking and awareness of local food trends
  • Team player with a self-driven approach to achieve daily objectives
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Outgoing personality with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Passionate about Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive thinker, goal-oriented, assertive, and inspiring to others
  • Fluent in Turkish and preferably good written and spoken English (B1 level)
