Compensation
- Training (first 60 days): Hourly + introductory commission
- Ongoing: Base + performance-based commission
- On-target earnings: $55K–$80K
- Top performers: $85K+
Commission is paid after deal completion (30–60 day cycle).
What You’ll Do
- Handle 15–20 inbound consultations daily
- Sell services ranging from $3,000–$20,000
- Manage a 30–60 day sales cycle
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
- Close 20+ deals per month
