Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

NOKA Medical is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support customer communication, sales follow-up, order processing, and day-to-day sales support activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, following up on quotes and orders, and helping support overall sales operations. The right candidate should be responsive, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests
• Prepare and send product information, pricing, and quotations
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate order details with internal teams
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and shipping updates
• Support dealers, distributors, and customers with general sales and service needs
• Assist with after-sales follow-up and help coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and communication notes
• Support outside sales representatives with account follow-up and internal coordination
• Assist with general office support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order processing, or sales support preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with order entry systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, or distribution is a plus
