As part of its international growth, Quipment is actively seeking a: Inside Sales Coordinator. This newly created position in the US will support the expansion of the Sales team and Quipment Inc., ensuring business continuity in the US time zone and reinforcing our customer focus.
The Inside Sales Coordinator contributes directly to Quipment’s commercial growth by preparing personalized offers aligned with our strategy, maximizing both volume and profitability. The role also ensures customer satisfaction through a reactive, proactive, and value‑driven approach.
Under the supervision of the Sales Supervisor, and in close collaboration with the Sales team based in France, the Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the following missions:
Commercial proposals: Handle customer requests by preparing commercial offers aligned with our strategy and follow up the commercial process
Client monitoring: Follow up on ongoing projects, analyze customer activity and market trends to maximize business opportunities.
Customer relationship management: Strengthen client relationships and promote our products, services, and expertise.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work daily with the Sales teams in France to ensure business continuity and fast turnaround times.
Internal teamwork: Collaborate with Purchasing, Biomedical Experts, and Sales Administration during proposal creation and project handover.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer‑focused mindset and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced commercial environment. The ideal profile combines significant customer interaction experience, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams across different time zones. Ideally, you bring the following experience and skill set:
Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, or inside sales role, ideally within services or technical products.
Comfortable managing customer requests, preparing proposals, and supporting the pre‑sales process.
Proficiency with standard business software and strong attention to detaill
Ability to analyze customer activity, identify opportunities, and contribute to commercial performance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑centric approach.
Autonomous, organized, and able to work effectively with teams across different locations.
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
No specific diploma required, but an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field would be preferred.
