We’re a fast-growing septic company looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Rep / Dispatcher who can take control of the phones, stay organized, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is not a laid-back desk job — it’s a fast-paced role where you’ll be handling calls, dispatching crews, solving problems, and keeping everything on track. If you work well under pressure and take pride in staying sharp and efficient, this is a great opportunity to grow with a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volume and assist customers professionally
• Dispatch and route jobs efficiently for multiple drivers
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and field crews
• Schedule, update, and manage jobs within the CRM system
• Adjust routes and schedules as needed throughout the day
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations moving
• Maintain accurate notes, job details, and customer information
• Support the team to ensure jobs are completed smoothly and on time
• Collect payments from customers

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend phone coverage as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, or sales
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and smartphones
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
