Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of cold calling experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online research.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead/customer details.
• Build strong client relationships and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of proven inside sales / telecalling / cold calling experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a positive attitude.
