Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Thane

Responsibilities

 Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits and value propositions.

 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customer and upselling additional products or services.

 Response to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customers concerns, and guiding them through sales process.

 Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date- record of customer interactions, sales activities and opportunity.

 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offering to position products effectively.

 Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.

 Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

 Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.

 Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service- oriented company image among customers. Required skills and qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field  Strong communication skills and command of the English language

 Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role  Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,068.39 - ₹40,980.02 per month
