Job Description
We are on the hunt for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, performance-driven sales role focused on proactively reaching out to warm leads and existing customers with the goal of upselling, cross-selling, renewing, and reactivating past buyers.
While this position is remote, a local candidate who can work directly with our Director of Sales in our Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida office is a major plus. This provides opportunities for accelerated training, closer collaboration, and faster advancement.
There is no cold calling in this position. Instead, you will work from a robust pipeline of engaged leads, including:
- Existing customers with active product subscriptions
- Past buyers who may be eligible for reactivation or upgrades
- Webinar attendees who did not purchase
- Prospects with prior brand interaction or demonstrated interest
The ideal candidate is hungry, persistent, coachable, and thrives in a high-volume outbound environment. You must be comfortable driving conversations, uncovering needs, and guiding customers toward solutions that increase their trading success and deepen their engagement with our experts and products.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes sales and loves the thrill of closing. Ideally you have a very resilient mindset and comfortable handling rejection. To ultimately be successful in this role, you should have an authentic communication style that builds trust quickly with clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Sell, sell, sell!
- Consistently drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers and warm prospects.
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to assigned lead lists, including:
- Current subscribers
- Lapsed customers
- Buyers with low recent activity
- Webinar attendees who did not purchase
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.
- Execute a structured sales process that identifies customer needs, addresses objections, and presents compelling product solutions.
- Pipeline Management & Prospecting
- Accurately identify new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of company products, promotions, and value propositions to ensure tailored recommendations.
- Prioritize leads and manage your pipeline effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Follow up on older or colder leads to re-engage and generate renewed interest.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Cultivate long-term relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
- Conduct needs analyses to position appropriate products and solutions.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate customers on benefits, features, and trading outcomes.
- Help retain customers by reinforcing product value and offering relevant upgrades or alternative services.
- Outbound Activity & Productivity
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound call volume requirements.
- Maintain disciplined time management to ensure continuous pipeline momentum.
- Conduct follow-up calls, send personalized emails, and manage appointment calendars as needed.
- Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records in HubSpot CRM.
- Log all customer interactions, follow-up steps, and sales outcomes.
- Prepare activity reports, sales summaries, and performance updates as requested.
Performance KPIs:
Success in this role will be evaluated using metrics such as:
- Monthly revenue generated
- Gross profit contribution
- Upsell & cross-sell conversion rates
- Lead-to-close conversion rate
- Daily call volume and talk time
- Number of reactivated customers
- Pipeline management and CRM accuracy
- Customer retention and repeat purchase behavior
Requirements:
- Strong capacity for generating revenue and overachieving budget expectations
- A strategic approach to selling into established as well as inactive accounts, the ability to provide total client solutions, not just one product/service
- Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, probing, objection handling, and closing
- Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Above-average negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills
- A natural desire to stay informed on your market
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B/B2C inside sales/telesales role
- Knowledge of finance, trading and direct response publishing a plus (not required)

Week 5:
- Month one review and fine tune.
- While occasional guidance and input may still be required, yhou should be capable of delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
Week 8:
- Documented performance review
What to Expect - Recruiting Process:

- Step 3: Complete “assessment assignment”: we will provide you with a product description and ask you to record a voice file of you selling the service; no length requirement (24 hours)
- Step 4: Zoom video interview with Sales Director 30-45 mins)
- Step 5: Final interview with Sales Director (and Senior Sales Manager) (45-60 mins); if applicable
