Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive at Intelpod, you will play a critical role in converting inbound leads, engaging with prospective customers, and closing orders through telecommunication channels. You will manage the entire sales cycle remotely—right from initial contact to final order confirmation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and proficiency in Excel for tracking leads and maintaining daily sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to potential customers across India and Abroad.
- Handle and convert incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and company databases.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Follow up systematically with interested customers to drive sales closure.
- Close orders independently through telecalling and digital communication (WhatsApp/Email).
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports in Excel.
- Share brochures, catalogs, and promotional content with customers.
- Collect and document customer feedback and share market insights internally.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduates required (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking customer interactions.
- Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently.
