Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our FinTech team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on engaging prospective clients via WhatsApp and phone calls. You will guide clients through our mutual fund platform, answer queries, and assist with onboarding. No fieldwork or travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective clients professionally via WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Explain mutual fund products and platform features clearly and simply
  • Understand client needs and qualify leads based on set criteria
  • Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and updates
  • Achieve monthly targets for client conversions and engagement

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (FinTech or financial products experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Interest in financial products, particularly mutual funds
  • Target-driven, proactive, and excellent at follow-ups
  • Available for full-time, on-site work (no remote or field activities)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
