Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new sales leads via phone calls, emails, social media, and digital channels (inbound & outbound).
- Qualify leads — understand customer requirements, budget, product preferences — and guide them through sales funnel until conversion.
- Present product information (features, benefits, usage) tailored to cleaning and cosmetic products; recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and objections; provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Manage the sales cycle end-to-end: from lead generation → quotation / proposal → negotiation → order processing → closure.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM or sales database; track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain / logistics (if applicable), and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer onboarding.
- Achieve or exceed weekly / monthly / quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. Stay updated on product portfolio (cleaning & cosmetics), market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product recommendations.
