About the Role:
We are a growing real estate firm looking for a sharp and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential buyers & investors over the phone, understand their needs, and drive sales for our premium projects across Delhi-NCR. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for residential & commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options based on your deep knowledge of Delhi-NCR real estate (localities, pricing, trends, infrastructure).
- Build rapport, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled site visits.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets for calls, leads, and closures.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for seamless handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Must-Have:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer support, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills – persuasive, clear, and confident on calls.
- Strong working knowledge of the Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR property market (key areas, price trends, new projects).
- Target-driven attitude with resilience to thrive in a sales environment.
- Good-to-Have:
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Existing network of potential clients in the region.
