Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Salary Offered: 4.2 - 6 LPA

Timings: 9AM - 7PM (8.15 hrs Rotational Shift)

Working Days - Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday's Working (5.5 Days working)

Education Qualifications: Any Graduate

About:

We at Footprints Education are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a sales executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents.
• Create and communicate effectively value propositions for the organisation.
• Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
• Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
• Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system
• Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions
• Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited Centre
• Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
• Completing follow-ups daily as per business requirements and defined workflows

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Good computer skills, exposure to CRM, Dialer
