Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Online MBA Programs

Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively cold call prospective students to promote Online MBA programs
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and online inquiries
  • Counsel students on program features, eligibility, fees, and enrollment process
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure conversions
  • Update and manage leads in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Hardworking, sincere, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client management and follow-up abilities
  • No shift timing constraints (flexible working hours)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in inside sales / education counseling / telesales is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
