Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Online MBA Programs
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold call prospective students to promote Online MBA programs
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and online inquiries
- Counsel students on program features, eligibility, fees, and enrollment process
- Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure conversions
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Hardworking, sincere, and target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client management and follow-up abilities
- No shift timing constraints (flexible working hours)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in inside sales / education counseling / telesales is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
