Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales activities, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, online inquiries, and walk-in leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management
• Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for smooth closures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
