About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional, particularly those with a background in medical device or high-ticket sales. If you're currently working in medical device sales and seeking an additional income stream—or a transition into a high-growth field—this role could be a great fit.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling strategic consulting services—including audits, process improvement, and planning solutions—to private practice providers, hospitals, and business owners. This fully remote, commission-based position offers substantial earning potential, a flexible schedule, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and high-performing team.

Compensation & Earnings Potential (OTE):

  • Year 1: $100K–$150K
  • Year 2: $150K–$200K
  • Year 3: $250K–$300K
  • Year 4+: $400K+

Compensation Type: 1099 commission-based with uncapped earning potential

Work Environment: Fully remote | Flexible schedule (generally 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or aligned with provider office hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and close high-value deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, meetings, and virtual office visits
  • Accurately track activities and updates in the CRM system
  • Participate in daily sales training and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with a high-energy team dedicated to success

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of successful sales experience (medical device or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing and exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and competitive
  • Comfortable in a remote, performance-based work environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
