Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate Sharjah

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors to introduce our property listings and services

• Qualify leads and schedule Viewings and Meetings for Sales Executives

• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead details, and follow-ups in the CRM system

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on property listings and campaigns

• Handle inquiries professionally and maintain a strong client relationship approach

• Participate in regular training and performance reviews to improve sales effectiveness

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-based role where success is measured through:

• Number of calls made daily

• Qualified leads generated

• Viewings and meetings scheduled for the sales team

• Conversion contribution to the sales pipeline

Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven sales environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong phone communication and persuasion skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and performance metrics

• Excellent time management and discipline

• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
