Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting outbound calls to generate leads.
- Support the sales team in executing telemarketing campaigns and warm calling initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Participate in meetings to discuss strategies for technology sales and inside sales approaches.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and sales principles.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest or experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales is advantageous.
- Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A background in marketing or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
