Job Title: Senior Investment Counselor

Location: Noida

Responsibilities

l Engage with prospective clients and convert them into active investors through consultative

discussions.

l Understand clients’ investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend

appropriate investment products.

l Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

l Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

l Conduct structured follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails to ensure continuous

engagement.

l Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM system.

l Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.

l Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and industry insights.

l Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards in every client interaction.

Requirements

l 2–5 years of experience in stock market sales, investment advisory, or financial services.

l Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred.

l Strong understanding of stock market concepts and investment products.

l Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

l Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.

l Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented with strong relationship management abilities.

l Certifications such as NISM or related market credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
