Duties
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key pharmaceutical and medical supply clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals and procurement teams
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Manage existing accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant medical products and supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop strategic account plans that maximize revenue growth
- Lead outside sales efforts when necessary to expand the client base and strengthen market presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical or medical supplies industry, with a focus on key account management
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex product information clearly
- Demonstrated success in product demos, technical sales, and customer service within a healthcare setting
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer needs effectively
