We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who embodies Hustle, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence to lead, coach, and hold our Inside Sales team accountable. This role requires someone with the discipline to enforce processes, the creativity to improve them, and the drive to ensure our team consistently exceeds expectations. This position is located on-site.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will give more to both the business and the team by:

  • Coaching for Legacy: Work daily with salespeople in one-on-one sessions to evaluate performance, sharpen skills, and build careers.
  • Driving Hustle: Establish a cadence of evaluation, training, and accountability that keeps the team focused and productive.
  • Ensuring Excellence: Review workflow, territory management, and CRM entries to guarantee efficiency and compliance with sales processes.
  • Upholding Integrity: Monitor recorded calls, provide constructive feedback, and instill best practices in selling and customer engagement.
  • Maximizing Teamwork: Collaborate with the VP of Sales to refine procedures, improve processes, and develop strategies that increase sales effectiveness.
  • Innovating for Growth: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and introduce new methods that elevate both team performance and revenue
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B phone or direct sales.
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Management experience.
  • Sales call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM tools, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable coaching and results.
