Inside Sales Manager

Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead an office-based sales team focused on referring innovative virtual reality therapeutic solutions to clients with behavioral health needs.

This is a ground-floor leadership role at a growing company — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real ownership, influence, and advancement opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Build, hire, and develop a team of in-office Sales Representatives
  • Lead onboarding, training, and daily performance management
  • Oversee promotions, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Foster a professional, accountable, results-driven culture

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute referral outreach strategy
  • Set team KPIs and performance targets
  • Monitor metrics, coach reps, and drive consistent results
  • Create scripts, workflows, and processes as the team scales

Operations & Growth

  • Help build internal structure during an early growth stage
  • Partner with leadership on expansion and performance strategy
  • Ensure ethical, professional engagement with behavioral health populations

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership or management experience
  • Track record of meeting and scaling performance goals
  • Experience hiring and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong decision-making and people management skills
  • Organized, hands-on leader comfortable in a startup environment

Preferred Background

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or medical device sales
  • Inside sales or call center team leadership
  • Startup or early-stage company experience

You’ll help drive adoption of immersive therapeutic solutions, supporting innovative care for pain management, mental health, and cognitive therapy.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
