The Inside Sales Manager RWE will report to the VP, RWE. The main responsibility is supporting the business development process by providing client facing support to RWE team members in the form of lead identification, client outreach and mapping, client follow up and other sales process cycle support including support for proposal development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the RWE Team in the development of the Business Development plan for assigned clients including revenue forecast by client-specific action/targeting plans.
- Establish and maintain contact with potential clients to set-up capabilities meetings, presentations, or other opportunities for RWE registries and observational research opportunities.
- Support the development of presentations for capability/pitch presentations in conjunction with the VP, RWE and support in follow up of action items.
- Support the RWE Team in prospecting potential new clients.
- Support the RWE Team in maximizing opportunity for client interactions at key scientific congresses by developing congress targeting plans.
- In conjunction with the VP, RWE, establish process and work with clinical, network and account services team to identify new business opportunities based on key events/data following major congresses.
- Leverage internal and external resources to rapidly become adept in oncology and observational research.
- Support in the management of key customer relationships and support in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with life science partners and attendance at key meetings and conventions to develop key relationships, as needed.

- Collaborate with strategic business development colleagues to make new business introductions/referrals and leverage company-wide best practices where appropriate.

Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as management support or coordinator.
- Attention to detail, and ability to work independently and under time constraints.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven efficiency in the use of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word)
- Be highly organized and able to multi-task.
