Inside Sales Manager – HVAC Distribution (Technical Leadership Role)

AccuAir is a leader in wall-hung HVAC systems for modular and telecom applications and I-TEC units. We’re seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager with a strong HVAC background—someone who understands how systems work in the field and can guide a team from the office.

This role bridges technical sales, customer service, and operations, ensuring our customers receive accurate solutions, timely support, and the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Inside Sales and Customer Service team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service.
• Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, billing accuracy, and delivery strategies for HVAC products.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for contractors, engineers, and distributors regarding product selection, applications, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Outside Sales, Marketing, and AR/Accounting to support growth initiatives, promotional campaigns, and account management.
• Collaborate with Warranty, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from order to completion.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting accountability, communication, and teamwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline communication, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an expert understanding of HVAC product lines, particularly wall-hung and I-TEC systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC distribution, service, or technical sales, preferably in modular, telecom, or educational facility markets.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Technology, Business, or Management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
