Job Description : Inside Sales & Marketing Executive

Shigapettals (www.shigapettals.com), a leading brand in event planning and décor in

Tamil Nadu based out of Erode, is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Marketing

Executive .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, qualify potential leads,

and schedule meetings for the Event Managers.

2. Call and schedule meetings with potential prospects identified by the company.

3. Develop and maintain relationship with partners like Five star hotels, Marriage

halls, existing customers

4. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

5. Handle sales-related social media activities like Google reviews, LinkedIn

connections, and assist in building our brand presence.

6. Execute customer engagement campaigns to stay consistently connected with

prospects and clients.

Qualifications & Desired Attitude:

1. A pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales/Inside Sales, preferably from service

industries like Hotels, Timeshare, or Event Management companies

3. A proactive approach with complete ownership of sales follow-ups and

customer engagement.

4. A team player who works closely with the Marketing team and Sales Managers.
