What You’ll Do

· Be the voice of Blaine Labs—make outbound calls to medical practices nationwide.

· Meet and exceed monthly goals

· Build long term relationships with doctors and office staff.

· Educate clients on Blaine Labs’ products and offer dispensing solutions

· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

· Represent Blaine Labs at select trade shows—yes, travel and networking included!

· Collaborate with a passionate team as you grow your sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

· 1+ year of inside sales experience (healthcare sales preferred but not required)

· Strong phone presence and fearless approach to prospecting

· Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills

· Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities

· Motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a positive, team-first attitude

· Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Education, Training and Experience

· High school diploma or GED

· Inside sales experience: 1 year

Pay & Schedule

· Base: $40,000/ $19.23 an hour

· Commissions: 5% net sales commissions, No CAP

· Non-Except

· Full-time, In-Office.

· Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
