Inside Sales Officer

Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented Inside Sales Officer to handle client interactions and support lead conversions from our office. The role involves engaging potential customers through calls and WhatsApp, explaining our investment platform, addressing queries, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. Strong follow-up skills, consistent CRM updates, and meeting sales targets are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp
• Explain platform features and recommend suitable investment options
• Qualify, nurture, and convert leads throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client details in the CRM
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage)
• Full-time, office-based role
• Interest in finance, investments, or mutual fund products
• Self-motivated, confident, and strong in follow-up activities
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
