Inside Sales Officer

About the Position:
We are looking for Inside Sales Officers to join our night shift call center team. The role focuses on speaking with customers, presenting offers, and generating sales through effective communication.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policie

• Good English communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
