Inside Sales Operation Specialist - US Shift

We are looking for Inside Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of US Sales operations experience preferably in a night shift who are eager to grow their career in sales operations.

Designation: Inside Sales Operation Specialist - USA

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year experience in operations preferably night shift experience.

Salary Details: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed plus upto Rs. 30,000/- incentives(Based on Margin).

Incentives Details:

Slab 1 - Rs.7500/- on achieving 62% Margin

Slab 2 - Rs. 10,000/- on achieving 65% Margin

Slab 3 - Rs. 15,000/- on achieving 68% Margin

Slab 4 - Rs. 30,000/- on achieving 70% Margin

Responsibilities:

1. Source and onboard trainers from various platforms, ensuring all necessary documents, including NDAs are signed and properly filed.

2. Finalize trainer batches for online training sessions, oversee the process and gather participant feedback at the end.

3. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate sales databases.

4. Identify and implement strategies to streamline sales operations, increase efficiency, and resolve any operational issues by coordinating with different departments.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Excellent English communication skills is required.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Timings: 5:00pm to 2:00am (Monday to Friday, Work from Office).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
