Inside Sales / Order Entry – Sign Shop (Full Time)

We are a busy, locally owned sign shop looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Order Entry team member.

This role is primarily phone and email communication — helping customers place orders, clarifying project details, entering jobs accurately, and following up on quotes.

This is not just answering phones. This role helps protect production schedules, ensure deposits are collected, and keep projects moving smoothly.

• Orders are entered accurately and clearly
• Deposits are collected before production
• Customers receive updates without needing to ask
• Designers and installers receive clean, complete job information
• Follow-ups are consistent and professional

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Take custom sign orders and clarify project details
• Prepare and send quotes
• Follow up on pending quotes
• Collect deposits and confirm payment before production
• Enter job information into our system accurately
• Communicate job details to design and production teams
• Assist walk-in customers as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
