About the Role

Yes Hearing is seeking a Hearing Care Consultant (hearing aid sales) to join our team. In this highly consultative role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective patients—guiding them through their hearing journey from initial inquiry to treatment adoption.

You will engage with both inbound and outbound leads, conduct needs-based discovery conversations, educate patients on hearing health and available solutions, and recommend personalized treatment options that best fit their lifestyle, budget, and clinical needs.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with strong business acumen who thrives in a consultative, performance-driven environment. You are confident leading needs-based conversations, uncovering customer motivations, and guiding prospects toward confident purchasing decisions. The right candidate is results-oriented, comfortable discussing healthcare-related solutions, and energized by the opportunity to both exceed sales targets and make a meaningful impact on customers’ quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive, consultative conversations with prospective patients via phone and email to understand their hearing challenges, lifestyle needs, and goals.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on hearing loss, treatment options, and the value of Yes Hearing’s care model.
  • Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs, clinical considerations, and budget.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships by positioning yourself as a knowledgeable hearing care resource.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads throughout the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact through conversion and follow-up.
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge across multiple hearing aid manufacturers and technologies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements, messaging, and best practices to enhance patient engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales in a B2C sales driven environment.
  • Inside sales: 2 years (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Experience in consultative sales, preferably in:

  • Medical device or healthcare sales
  • Other patient-focused healthcare environments
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort discussing health-related needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close sales in a structured process
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Passion for helping people improve their quality of life
  • Experience with handling a high volume of inbound sales calls.
  • Experience/proficiency in CRM programs such as SalesForce and Google Sheets.
