Inside Sales & Project Coordinator

Armani Fine Woodworking crafts heirloom-quality hardwood countertops, tables, and custom architectural surfaces for kitchens and interiors. Our work combines precision craftsmanship, organic beauty and thoughtful design, and we collaborate closely with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and kitchen showrooms on custom projects.

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to support client inquiries and develop layouts and quotes for custom projects. This role involves reviewing cabinet drawings, translating dimensions into countertop and furniture layouts, and collaborating with homeowners, designers, and builders on the design of custom islands, vanities, and other architectural wood surfaces.

This is a full-time, hourly position based in our showroom and workshop in central Denver.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from homeowners, designers, and builders
• Guide clients through product options including wood species, functional finish selection, and sizing
• Prepare quotes for custom countertop, table, and solid wood surface projects
• Create countertop layouts and drawings based on customer dimensions
• Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries
• Maintain customer records and opportunities in our CRM system

Showroom & Sample Management

• Maintain the showroom to ensure it is organized, clean, and well presented for visitors
• Track and manage inventory of wood samples and displays
• Prepare and ship sample packages to prospective clients and design professionals
• Coordinate replacement or fabrication of new sample materials as needed

Marketing & Lead Development

• Research and build prospect lists of designers, architects, builders, and showrooms
• Assist with marketing email campaigns and outreach
• Draft social media posts highlighting completed projects and new work
• Coordinate photography of finished projects and showroom displays
• Maintain marketing contact lists and databases

Sales Administration

• Maintain quote templates and pricing updates
• Coordinate communication between sales and production teams
• Assist with trade show preparation and follow-up

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with measurements, drawings, and spatial layouts
• Ability to visualize dimensions and translate them into project layouts
• Professional and friendly client service approach
• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools; experience with CRM or quoting systems is a plus but not required

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership of projects. They are comfortable working independently, learning new tools and systems, and balancing design work with marketing tasks that showcase the beauty of our craftsmanship. This role is well suited to someone early in their career who enjoys design, materials, and translating drawings into real built projects.

Compensation

• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 42.0 per week
