Salary: Starting Salary, $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience. Fireplace Industry or Construction Industry experience is important to final compensation number.

A candidate for this job must have knowledge of home construction & framing as well as HVAC knowledge.

This position is responsible for ensuring all construction projects are ready for install and customer job sites are equally ready to go. This position will also work with residential & commercial customers, thinking ahead and troubleshooting issues before and as they arise to make sure jobs happen on time and as scheduled. This position is also responsible for coordinating and scheduling any follow up items to an ongoing project. Additionally you will help clients coordinate annual maintenance and service on existing fireplaces. You will learn the technical aspects of mechanical gas fireplaces & combustion, and be able to coordinate and insure excellent results to customers for our installation staff.

Individuals in this role must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and have strong organization, customer service, research and problem-solving skills. This is a year round job with very little slow time. The pay is based on a base salary or hourly wage in addition to commission incentives, the posted salary is a range and high performing individuals frequently make more than the posted amount as we do not cap bonuses or commissions.

Your background:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or comparable construction project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in, HVAC, construction customer service, or project management role

· Knowledge of materials and labor as they relate to construction projects

· Ability to work with manufacturers to ensure system compatibilities

· Ability to use photos, measurements and designs to create and make sure jobs are a success

• Has a strong understanding of construction timelines
• Able to read floor plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
