Job Summary:The Inside Sales & Purchasing Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day procurement of electrical parts for projects and sales to various customers, mainly marine related (mega-yachts, cruise ships, commercial shipping, shipyard facilities and marinas, and internal departments). Basic logistics, parts co-ordination, inventory control, shipping and receiving functions will also be required. The position will require direct customer and vendor interaction in person as well as via email and telephone. Computer work will be required using Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project and Business Central ERP system. The person is also responsible for the on-time delivery and follow-up of ordered parts. Experience with electrical systems, parts and equipment is strongly preferred.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or in a related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
