Inside Sales Recruiting Manager

Commercial Cleaning Company – Scottsdale, AZ

We are a growing commercial janitorial company seeking an energetic, organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is split between sales support and office operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both people interaction and administrative work.

This position spends half the day supporting our sales team and half the day assisting with office operations, including recruiting and payroll support.

Inside Sales Responsibilities

The ideal candidate enjoys a goal-driven environment and is comfortable making outbound calls and managing leads.

• Make outbound calls using a dialer (approximately 18 calls per hour for 4 hours daily)
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team to generate new business proposals
• Maintain detailed call notes and follow-up schedules (typically a 6-week follow-up cycle)
• Work from a fresh set of leads and track performance through weekly reporting
• Execute scheduled drip campaigns as part of our sales outreach strategy
• Research companies through magazines, websites, and other sources to expand our database
• Prepare proposals and assist with sales materials
• Bonus opportunities available for qualified appointments scheduled

Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

Office Recruiting Responsibilities

This portion of the role supports day-to-day operations and recruiting efforts.

• Assist with recruiting efforts to ensure we maintain full staffing levels
• Prescreen candidates through text and initial communication
• In person interviewing and onboarding
• Support payroll and general administrative tasks
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and printing levels
• Assist with preparing proposals, marketing materials, and documentation

Requirements

• Ability to work in person at our Scottsdale office
• Reliable vehicle required (office is not on the bus line)
