ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on sales development and outbound customer acquisition, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through order closure.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is motivated to connect with new customers, and collaborates effectively with internal teams to advance opportunities through the pipeline. This position offers a base salary plus commission tied directly to growth and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Development & Prospecting

  • Research and identify new customer opportunities across target segments.
  • Build and manage prospect lists using sales intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo).
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and transition opportunities to the quoting process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity and lead-generation goals.

Customer Engagement & Pipeline Management

  • Engage potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual presentations.
  • Develop relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Track all interactions and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure timely follow-up.

Quoting & Closing Support

  • Collaborate with the Quotes Team to generate accurate proposals and bids.
  • Present proposals to customers and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Support closing efforts by assisting in negotiations and sales presentations.
  • Work to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

QUALIFICATIN=ONS

  • Proven experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, and sales cycle support.
  • Strong digital literacy is required for this role, which necessitates comfort with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Advanced ability to leverage CRM systems (HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar) for pipeline management, reporting, and automation.
  • Experience with outbound sales intelligence tools such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo to build and refine prospecting lists.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and integrating them into the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success using data-driven approaches to improve outreach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
