<Responsibilities>

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to identify their needs and introduce our solutions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and present tailored product or service solutions that align with client goals
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance during technical sales conversations

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of technical products or services related to technology sales is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting
