Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, and targeted email campaigns
• Understand customer needs to effectively position and sell our solutions
• Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for advanced engagement
• Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and drive revenue
• Deliver compelling online product demos to prospective clients

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone presence with the ability to make high-volume calls
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and online presentation tools
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Bachelor’s degree/BBA/BS or equivalent work experience

Preference will be given to those candidates having experience of Product sales of FMCG & Restaurant POS software solutions.
