As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is a key part of our front office, providing inside sales support.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, preparing quotes, entering orders, and coordinating will-calls and deliveries. This position serves as a key point of contact for customer project coordination, ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate will-call orders and assist customers with product inquiries and order details.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and assisting customers as needed.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals for precast concrete products.
- Enter and manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, product availability, and lead times.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain an organized office environment and ensure clear, professional communication with customers and team members.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and purchase orders when needed.
- Support outside sales staff with documentation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)—post photos, updates, and relevant content to highlight projects, products, and company culture.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or estimating (preferably in construction materials, precast, or related industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction products, blueprints, or concrete materials preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
