Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will identify, qualify, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities for cybersecurity and managed services solutions. The role involves strong lead management, nurturing, and effective communication with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity information.
- Schedule meetings/demos for Business Development Managers and Technical Consultants.
- Collaborate with marketing to run targeted outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Build a strong understanding of Skysecure’s solutions, OEM partnerships, and service offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead qualification and pipeline targets.
- Provide timely reports on lead status, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT / cybersecurity / SaaS inside sales preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and cloud concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work with CRM tools and manage lead pipelines.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
