Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

This is a Fully-Commission job with no base pay. We pay $1,000 per sale. Our company offers accounting and bookkeeping services to small businesses, we charge anywhere from $300-$700 per month to each client. 10+ Sales per month is possible. This is a cold calling position, we provide the leads list and the dialer software.

Note - Once sales reps reach 5 sales, we are open to offering a base pay.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and engaging communication. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and support our company's growth in the technology sales sector. Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers, leveraging warm calling techniques to foster trust and rapport.
  • Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations with decision-makers to present product solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts effectively to close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries generated through various channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing existing accounts for long-term growth.

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within the technology or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating success in outbound calling and business development strategies.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex product offerings is a plus.
  • Customer service orientation combined with proactive marketing and outreach skills to maximize sales opportunities.
