Inside Sales Representative – High-Ticket Closer

About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the floor coatings industry and is expanding aggressively across Chicagoland and Southeast Wisconsin.
They are seeking a polished, competitive, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound opportunities into qualified appointments and closed deals.
This is built for a true high-ticket closer with proven experience in a call center or inside sales environment — someone who knows how to build urgency, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in high-ticket phone sales, inside sales, or call center closing roles and thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and warm inquiries quickly and professionally
- Qualify prospects and conduct high-conversion phone consultations
- Overcome objections and confidently close for the next step or sale
- Re-engage aged leads and drive follow-up through phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline activity, and lead status updates
- Consistently exceed KPIs for contact rate, close rate, and revenue contribution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or phone-based closing environment required
- Proven success closing high-ticket sales ($5K+ preferred)
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, flooring, coatings, roofing, or related industries preferred
- Competitive, metrics-driven mindset
- Strong communication and CRM experience
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 12 PM - 7 PM Central Time
- Candidates MUST be able to work 4 week days & 1 weekend day as a part of the schedule
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
