Overview

WARWICK is hiring a results driven Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities. This role is the front line of our
sales funnel and will be responsible for turning cold prospects into qualified meetings for our sales team.

WARWICK is seeking a driven and organized Inside Sales Representative to generate, qualify, and advance new business opportunities through the early
stages of the sales funnel. The ISR will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and position WARWICK’s proactive IT and cybersecurity
solutions to move opportunities toward deeper engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists
  • Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate interest
  • Engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, and qualify opportunities
  • Promote events, webinars, and campaigns to drive engagement
  • Schedule and manage qualified sales appointments
  • Track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM

  • Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • High-quality appointments with engaged decision-makers
  • Clean, accurate CRM data

What You Bring

  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools

This will be a hybrid position (remote/office).

We are open to hiring this role as either full-time or part-time, based on the candidate’s availability and experience.
