Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a sense of understanding the real estate market and trends, while being personable, yet assertive.

NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE NEEDED!

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and convert them into selling or buying a home.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Handle objections and master our follow up script/process.
• Connect buyers to lenders to begin the preapproval process.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback, adapting to market changes as necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with inside sales working with a realtor
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Background in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-9am and/or 5pm - 7pm + Flex Hours as needed (5-12 hours needed)

Pay: Commission + Bonus Structure
