The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who knows how to control the call, build trust quickly, and confidently close.

You’ll take inbound inquiries, recommend the right services, book appointments, and generate additional revenue through outbound follow-ups and rebooking campaigns.

This is perfect for someone with call center + sales experience who wants their performance to directly impact their paycheck.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
  • Use consultative selling to recommend services and add-ons
  • Confidently ask for the sale on every call
  • Make outbound calls during slow periods to rebook and generate leads
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM
  • Manage daily schedules and maximize booking opportunities
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for booking %, revenue per call, and quality

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years inside sales or call center sales experience
  • Strong closing skills and proven conversion performance
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and objection handling
  • Tech-comfortable with CRM systems and dialers
  • Self-starter who works well independently in a remote setting

Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceTitan CRM (big plus)
  • Home services or field service background (HVAC, plumbing, home warranty, etc.)
  • Outbound sales or retention campaign experience
