Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed product information and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating client information in our invoice system with precision and efficiency
• Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and cash handling as needed, ensuring smooth transaction flow
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored recommendations
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify new sales opportunities
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or outbound sales roles is highly desirable but not required, training is available
• General computer skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English paired with other languages
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and analysis
• Experience in customer support or client services roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques, customer service best practices, and call center protocols is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone, demonstrating professionalism and positive attitude throughout interactions

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
