Sales Representative

Position Summary
Oliver Travel Trailers is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing direct-to-consumer sales team. This position is responsible for guiding prospective customers through the purchase process, building long-term relationships, conducting plant tours, participating in field visits, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000 per year
Performance-Based Bonus & Commission Program
Expected First-Year Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000+
Top performers have the opportunity to exceed target earnings through sales production and customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries
Build relationships with prospective customers
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
Manage customer communication through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Conduct factory tours for prospective customers
Coordinate and participate in field visits
Attend rallies, customer events, and promotional activities as needed
Guide customers through the purchasing process
Performance Expectations
Minimum expectation is 3 retail sales per month. Performance is reviewed monthly and quarterly.
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
