WHO WE ARE
We're Corr (joincorr.com), a fast-moving startup delivering proactive, tech-enabled care for the aging population. We pair consumer-friendly devices with great clinical teams to keep people healthier at home and out of the hospital.
We're growing, and we need someone who can come in, own member outreach, and execute at a high level day in and day out. This is a role where you'll directly drive enrollment — the activity that determines whether members get the care that keeps them out of the hospital.
THE ROLE
You'll be our Health Advocate in the Twin Cities market, owning pre and post discharge outreach and member enrollment. This is a fully virtual outreach role with no travel days. You'll start fully remote, with the role transitioning to in-person work within the Twin Cities as the team grows.
This role is for someone who believes cold calling is a craft, not a coin flip.
- You know cold calling has learnable mechanics; tone, pacing, pattern interrupts, objection handling, and you've put in the reps to develop them.
- You have worked in high-volume outbound environments where activity metrics are relentless, and you bring the discipline to hit them consistently.
- You are a learner, not a knower. When you hit a wall, your first instinct is to try something new, not to push harder on what isn't working.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- High-volume outbound: 100+ calls per day to pre and post-discharge members and POA/caregivers. Rapid SMS follow-ups. Work your CRM pipeline (Monday.com) effectively, every day.
- Member enrollment: Guide members through verbal consent and AOB completion. Schedule NP intake calls. Hit and track front-end metrics: contact rate, consent rate, show rate.
- Funnel observation: Document where leads are stalling, where objections cluster, and what's working versus what isn't. Surface insights that help us refine the outreach engine.
- Partnership support: Help maintain virtual relationships with select SNF/ALF/ILF partners, ensuring facilities understand workflows, referral steps, and Corr's value, and surfacing field insights from the front lines of outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
On cold calling and sales craft:
- When you keep getting no's, your first move is to try something different, not to push harder on what isn't working.
- You have done the reps. 100+ calls a day is not a scary number. You know what a healthy dial-to-connect ratio looks like and how to move it.
- You have a framework for need analysis. You don't sell until the person says they need something. You sell into the answers.
On building and operating:
- You have worked in a high-volume outbound org, SMB sales, member enrollment, patient outreach, or similar, with fast sales cycles and strong metric discipline.
- You are startup-ready: you are comfortable with ambiguity, you build structure rather than wait for it, and you stay composed when the plan changes.
- You have a genuine answer to: "Tell me about a time you had high confidence in something and it didn't go your way, what did you learn?"
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years in inside sales, member enrollment, patient outreach, or a high-volume outbound sales role.
- Proven results in an org doing 100+ calls/day with measurable conversion targets.
- CRM fluency (Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). You live in the pipeline.
- Strong communicator in writing and on the phone. Your follow-up SMS/emails are short, clear, and convert.
Preferred (not required)
- Background in SMB outbound sales.
- Experience selling or outreaching to older adults, caregivers, or healthcare-adjacent populations.
- Comfort with empathetic conversations about health, recovery, and uncertainty.
Honestly not required
Healthcare experience. A background in clinical settings or health-specific sales is not what makes someone great at this role. What makes someone great at this role is the will to make the calls and the discipline to do them well, every day. We will teach the rest.
