Inside Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and fabrication industry. As an Apprentice, you will work alongside skilled professionals, learning essential techniques and gaining valuable knowledge in various aspects of construction, including concrete forming, carpentry, and welding.

Duties

• Assist in concrete forming and restoration tasks under the guidance of experienced workers.
• Learn and apply skills in frame carpentry, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden structures.
• Support the fabrication of materials as per project specifications and blueprints.
• Participate in roofing projects, gaining knowledge of installation techniques and safety practices.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Apply caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing in construction projects.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the trade.

Requirements

• A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills in construction-related tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction principles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with tools used in carpentry, welding, and general construction is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is advantageous for success in this role.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on job sites.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $750.00 per week
